Blood Orange, A.K.A. Dev Hynes, has come through with a brand new single off his upcoming album, Negro Swan. After previously dropping off "Jewelry" and "Charcoal Baby" Dev's new beat now includes two features from Puff Daddy and Colombian/ Canadian singer, Tei Shi.
We just have our hands on the snippet right now, but the sounds are everything with Puff and Tei trading vocals back and forth as their voices mesh perfectly on the Dev produced beat.
“He was a fan of my last album and somehow got my number and called me and we ended up talking a lot. It was pretty strange,” Dev said of the Puff collaboration. “Anyway I was working on that song [Hope] and thinking how his presence on it would be really cool, so I sent it to him. Literally the next morning he sent me all this audio back. He just said that, musically, that’s what it evoked in him.”
Negro Swan arrives tomorrow, August 24th.
