The dust has barely settled after Kanye West dropped his bombshell of an album, Ye, last Friday. Between all the hullabaloo that Pusha T and Kanye have both managed to create over these past couple weeks, it's easy to forget that we're currently in the midst of the G.O.O.D. Music summer takeover, and that Kanye and Kid Cudi's collaborative album, Kids See Ghost, is dropping this Friday.
For those who tuned in to watch Kanye West's last listening party in Wyoming, there may be a round 2 on the way. Kid Cudi's manager, Dennis Cummings, went on Twitter today to confirm the existence of a listening party for Kids See Ghost, this time in Los Angeles.
"Kids See Ghost listening party in LA 🌹🌹🌹," Cummings wrote.
Details about the event are pretty much non-existent at the moment, as Cummings sent a follow-up tweet saying that he'd have more info in the future. Knowing Kanye, there's a high likelihood that this album listening party will also be live-streamed online, just like they were for his last two albums.
Despite dropping in just a few days, we still know almost nothing about the project itself. Kanye did share an updated, though incomplete, tracklist for the project last weekend, and we know that "Ghost Town" was originally supposed to feature on Kids See Ghost instead of Ye. Given Kanye's method of working on his projects until the very last second, its possible that they're still hammering out the details of the album even now.
