LaVar says "Hell no" Kawhi isn't better than Lonzo.

It's been awhile since we heard from LaVar Ball but his takes are just as hot as they've ever been.

During a radio interview with ESPN’s Marcellus Wiley and Travis Rodgers, LaVar was asked about a possible Lakers-Spurs trade involving his son Lonzo and two-time Defensive Player of the Year, Kawhi Leonard. His response probably won't shock you.

"Stop it! … Hell no. Lonzo, I’m gonna tell you what he does, makes everyone on the team better,” LaVar Ball said (H/T USA Today). “Who don’t want to start a team with that? You put Kawhi on there, he won’t make everyone better. He’s gonna do his thing. He’s a specialty guy.”

“Stop it. Stop it. I’m gonna tell you why (that won’t happen). You know what Lonzo is to me? Gelo is my pretty boy. This (LaMelo) is my wow boy. But Zo is the people’s choice. They won’t let it happen. You can’t get rid of Zo! He’s the people’s choice.

“Everybody on the outside can say what they want, but when you put it down on paper, the Ball boys are good for business.”

Although Kawhi only played in nine games this season due to a very publicized quadriceps injury, he is still a former NBA Finals MVP and a two-time All-NBA selection. Of course, none of that matters to LaVar because Kawhi's last name isn't Ball. Remember, he also said Lonzo was better than Steph Curry before the kid even got to the NBA.

The Big Baller also predicted that LeBron would join the Lakers as a free agent because Lonzo would make him better. If you're interested in hearing the full interview, click here.
