Marvel does it again.

Marvel Studios is having an amazing year, and Kevin Feige doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon. The studio dropped the culture encompassing hit Black Panther, then a few months later they returned with Avengers: Infinity War. Both films absolutely slaughtered the box office, Black Panther made over a billion dollars and Infinity War pulled in double that. Now, Marvel is ready to drop a much smaller adventure on its fans.

Ant-Man and The Wasp is set to hit theaters this weekend, and box office projections for the film placed the sequel in first place. The Peyton Reed directed flick is expected to make $70-$80 million in its opening weekend. That would give it a bigger opening than its predecessor, the first Ant-Man film, which made $57 million. Marvel fans are hoping that they will get some answers from Ant-Man and The Wasp regarding the events that took place at the end of Infinity War. Ant-Man's second adventure takes place before Thanos snapped his fingers, but after Tony Stark and Steve Rogers ended their friendship. The 20th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Hannah John-Kamen, Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Pena, Walton Goggins, Bobby Cannavale, and T.I. Ant-Man and The Wasp hits theaters this Friday.
