SZA's bound to drop new music in the coming months.

A couple months ago, SZA revealed that she was in the studio with Mark Ronson and Tame Impala founder Kevin Parker working on some magic. She didn't want to add any labels to the sounds since it removed "the option for it to be limitless," and "it diminishes the music."

In SZA's latest chat with The New York Timesthe "Go Gina" singer confirms that three tracks have been recorded with the duo. Only time will tell when these tracks will officially surface for her loyal fans. Mark and Kevin did debut an unreleased SZA track during their set at last year's Governor’s Ball, that will surely hold us over in the meantime. Watch below.

Furthermore in her New York Times interview, SZA reveals that her Grammy-nominated album Ctrl was partly inspired by stereotypes put on black women and her desire to reclaim her truth.

“I don’t feel ashamed to be loud, which is an argument I’ve had with lots of men, who thought I was too sassy and unladylike,” she said. “A lot of black women get that rap, ‘You’re loud, and unsavory, or crass or abrasive.’ But I feel like that [expletive] is beautiful as hell.”
