It's baby season and Drake's son isn't the only child in the spotlight this week. Floyd Mayweather Jr. has a new baby sister. His father, Floyd Mayweather Sr., was recently proven to be the father of a 1-year-old baby girl. According to TMZ, Mayweather Sr. took a paternity test back in April, and the results confirmed that there is a 99.9% chance of him being the father. He took the paternity test after a dispute with Purisa Farris, who filed for child support. Mayweather Sr. is 65 years old and has five other children, including Floyd. Jr., who is 41-years-old.
This year has been a roller coaster ride for Mayweather Sr. He was accused of assaulting a woman last Fall, and an arrest warrant was issued back in January. TMZ reported that the alleged assault took place after the Canelo Alvarez versus Gennady Golovkin match at the Las Vegas T-Mobile Arena. Allegedly, an altercation began when the woman entered Mayweather's car during an argument. The argument became physical after she refused to get out, and Mayweather dragged her out and punched her in the legs. She was hospitalized for minor injuries and Mayweather was charged with misdemeanor battery, but beat the case this past week.
