Lil Debbie has joined forces with Bali Baby on her new track "Fuck It Up." It features a characteristically West Coast instrumental that offers both a bounce and a catchy-ass-riff, making it perfect territory for Debbie's Bay Area pop-rap. However, it's produced by Atlanta's Yung Lan, which bridges the gap between the songs two collaborators. Debbie keeps her rhymes braggy and simple for maximum quotability, setting the tone for the boastful record before Bali enters. Never one to hop on a track before her signature "Mwah!" drop, the Atlanta rapper takes off right after blowing a kiss to her haters, bringing her cartoonish flow peppered with ad-libs to the shiny beat. Her delivery is so bubbly and charismatic that you sometimes forget that she's dishing out threats.
"Fuck It Up" comes off Debbie's new project In My Own Lane, which also features a guest appearance from Bricc Baby. You can stream it here.
Bali Baby shared her Baylor Swift project earlier this year, which dug into her pop side. There's still plenty of the "Brazy Bali" fans have come to know and love in the future though, as we heard on the rapper's most recent single "AMBER Alert."
Quotable Lyrics:
This is for the bitches makin' money
I had to cut 'em off because they actin' hella funny
These bitches hop around, so I call these bitches bunnies
Yeah, he can't get enough
Because he says I taste like honey
