G-Eazy made allusions to his next album being locked and loaded.

I may have undersold the announcement by a fair margin. In Concert on March the 6th, G-Eazy switched up lines from his 2016 cut "Calm Down" to say“Been sittin’ on the charts like a beach chair/ My last album spent 52 weeks there/ Almost finished with the fourth/ You should be scared,” thereby warning other rappers and fans alike, that his follow-up to The Beautiful & Damned is well on its way.

In conversation with HipHopDX, G-Eazy expressed genuine thankfulness for the favorable turn his career has taken since elevating his sound to national audiences. He said the following about his love/hate relationship with fame:

“I feel like I’m in a good place right now. I can accept it. I’ve been working on it, but I feel like I’m in a good place right now, so I’m happy. You know what you’re getting yourself into. And at the same time, I think nothing can really fully prepare you for it.”

The Bay Area native is currently touring The Beautiful & Damned, alongside with opener Trippie Redd, across North America, closing on March 20th at Radio City Music Hall in New York. We will be sure to keep you updated as more information becomes available regarding his 4th album.
