Yuna and G-Eazy collaborate once more on "Blank Marquee" single, and drop colorful visuals to go with it.

Malaysian pop artist turned international star, Yuna, debuted her new single "Blank Marquee", which features G-Eazy, from her forthcoming album Rouge (out on July 12). The two also star in a funky video that they released alongside their song. This is the second collaboration from the two, the first being their widely popular "Lights And Camera (Remix)" back in 2014.

"Blank Marquee was inspired by late 80's, early 90's pop music that I grew up listening to in my dad's old car... we wanted to write something kinda sassy, but also a song about standing up for yourself," Yuna said, of her inspiration behind the track. The star's debut U.S EP, Decorate, featured production by Grammy-award winning producer Pharrell Williams. The new single truly channels this, delivering a beat reminiscent of a Pharell/Daft Punk type song. Yuna's soft vocals act as the perfect complement to the funky backing melody, and G-Eazy's verse provides a needed switch-up in terms of tempo.

The video accompanying the song provides vivid visuals (which also channel some Daft punk vibes) of Yuna and G-Eazy, in what seems like a shady deal taking place in the dead of night. "Yuna is always great to work with," G-Eazy says of the collaboration," she has such an amazing and delicate voice that kinda bounces along the top of the track. 'Blank Marquee' is a vibey track that sounds nostalgic but timeless and futuristic but now."

Yuna's upcoming album Rouge follows 2016's critically acclaimed Chapters, which featured collaborations with Usher, Jhené Aiko and DJ Premier. Billboard included the album in their Critics' Picks for Best R&B Albums, and the single "Crush" featuring Usher peaked at #3 on Billboard's Adult R&B Chart.
