Lil Peep & XXXTentacion's collaboration has officially released.

This year has been rough for many to deal with as some of our favorite artists have passed away far too early. While they were alive, XXXTentacion and Lil Peep never got the chance to drop a song together. However, X expressed after Peep died that he was regretful about not spending more time with the artist. He said that a lot of the time, it's only when people die that we really start to pay attention to them and in these last twelve months, that sentiment has proven true as streams for X and Mac Miller skyrocketed after their deaths. X and Peep were iconic artists with the potential to shape the industry for the course of their careers. While their time on earth was cut short, their legacies will live on forever and both Peep and XXX's estates agreed to release a collaboration between the two titled "Falling Down."

In the posthumous effort, Gus takes hook duties and Jah focuses on much of the content in the verses. The sound combines both of their styles, leaning a little more towards Peep's wheelhouse with a rock vibe throughout. X doesn't sound out of place though as he embraces the instrumental, singing his heart out and sounding desperate as he croons, "I just can't keep on fighting."

The track, co-written by iLoveMakonnen, is seriously beautiful. For fans of both artists, you won't want to miss this one.

Quotable Lyrics:

Come let's watch the rain as it's falling down
Sunlight on your skin when I'm not around
Shit don't feel the same when you're out of town
Come let's watch the rain as it's falling down
