Wiz Khalifa, masks
Wiz Khalifa told the public they could "have them masks" and caught a bit of backlash.

To mask, or not to mask has been the question in recent months. People have been arguing over the importance of wearing masks during this COVID-19 pandemic ever since it was first announced that we would be entering into a quarantine period. At the moment, the United States has reported over 121K deaths from coronavirus, but there are still folks who a) don't believe that COVID-19 is a real threat, or b) are just tired of wearing masks everywhere they go. It's unclear which category Wiz Khalifa falls under, but he let it be known that he's ready for the "new normal" to just shift back to normal.

The blazed up rapper faced a bit of heat on Tuesday (June 24) when he served a tweet that rubbed a few people the wrong way. "Y’all can have them masks fam," is all he stated, but it sent off a firestorm of responses from people begging Wiz Khalifa to not only wear a mask, but to encourage others to do so, as well.

It doesn't look like he's answered any of his critics yet, but he did follow up his mask tweet with another message letting the world know what he's been up to. "Thank god im able to shoot a real video today. One step closer to seein boobies in the club 🤞🏽." Are you wearing masks or do you think it's all just a scam?
