Listen to Wale's aggressive new single "Negotiations."

It’s safe to say Wale has been enjoying his newfound freedom as an independent artist after cutting ties with Atlantic Records back in February. From hitting us with a couple of solo tracks in “All Star Break Up” & “Staying Power” to surprising fans with a 6-song EP last month called It’s Complicated, the MMG free agent has been treating fans to a ton of new music over the past couple of months, and it doesn't look like he’s ready to slow down either. With a new album on the way, the DMV rapper decides to keep his foot on the gas and share another song today called “Negotiations,” which is much more aggressive & harder than his previous releases.

Going in over production from Ayo N Keyz, Wale gets a few things off his chest and delivers a hard, lyrical onslaught that finds him calling out the haters & referencing names like Virgil Abloh, Jerry Lorenzo, Supreme, and Desus & Mero in the process. If you're looking for that slick, braggadocios heat from Folarin, then you're in for a treat right here.

Take a listen and let us know what you think! (Song available on iTunes)

Quotable Lyrics:

These niggas streaming, they’re shit be weak but they entertaining
Don't never confuse being great with being famous
Im the nigga fo’ show, Im the nigga fo' sho

Some niggas was humble with me look how you switch up
Look how they talk to you different like you aint better than them
You niggas go up on Ellen and forget your melon and quit
