Wale and Eric Bellinger have a collaborative project on the way.

Wale seems to be in a much more comfortable position these days. The rapper officially cut ties with Atlantic Records earlier in the year. Shortly after, it was revealed that Wale signed a joint venture with both Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group and Warner Bros. Now that he's in a more comfortable position with his label situation, it looks like fans will receive new music in the near future. More recently, he announced that he has a collaborative project on the way with Eric Bellinger.

Wale and Eric Bellinger have formally announced that a collaborative project is on the way. Wale made the announcement on stage during Bellinger's "The Eazy Call Tour." While details are scarce, it'll be exciting to hear the two of them come together on wax. They have proved to mesh well on wax together with songs like "G.O.A.T. 2.0," "Treat Yourself," "One Reason" and "Spare Time." Hopefully, the project is almost finished and we could get something to vibe out to during the summer season.

Eric Bellinger has been pretty busy for the past little bit. The Grammy-nominated songwriter released his latest album, Eazy Call in early April and has been on tour with the project. Most recently, he connected with Ne-Yo for their collaboration on Good Man highlight, "Hotbox." Clearly, both Wale and Eric Bellinger are on a steady grind. We're excited to hear what they put together on their joint project.
