Last week, Donald Trump vehemently dismissed the now-infamous "golden showers" report as "fake news." Now, Russian President Vladimir Putin has done the same. The report, compiled by a former British intelligence agent, alleged that the Russians had video evidence of Donald Trump getting peed on by a group of hookers in the presidential suite of the Moscow Ritz Carlton. Trump suggested that the unsubstantiated report was circulated by his political rivals. In a news conference today, Putin described whomever is responsible for spreading the report as "worse than prostitutes."
The vulgar report has been linked to the generally accepted suspicion that Russia meddled in the U.S. election in order to thwart the campaign of Hillary Clinton. Regarding all of the severe allegations raised against his own government, Putin told the press that he thinks the outgoing Obama administration has been trying to "undermine the legitimacy" of Trump's "convincing" victory over Clinton, reports CBS News. He also accused Obama's administration of leaking the golden showers report to the public.
Those responsible for the circulating of the report are "worse than prostitutes," said Putin, "because they don't have any moral boundaries at all."
Putin then directly addressed the unproven sexual claims made against Trump, and strangely enough, he ended up boasting that his country has the best hookers in the world. This doesn't exactly make the report on Trump's behavior in Moscow seem less believable ... and it basically confirms that Putin has had experiences with such women of "loose morals." Here's what he said:
"[Trump is] a grown man, and secondly he’s someone who has been involved with beauty contests for many years and has met the most beautiful women in the world. I find it hard to believe that he rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world."
Think Russia will soon receive a huge influx in male tourists? Don't count on there being any availability in the Ritz' presidential suite anytime soon.
