The annual Coachella Music & Arts Festival kicked off Friday night in Indio, California, with several big name acts set to perform, including The Weeknd, SZA, Vince Jamiroquai, Daniel Caesar and more. Well during Vince Staples’ 45-minute set Friday night, the Long Beach emcee decided to bring out a very special guest in Kendrick Lamar to help him tear down the stage.
For the finale, Staples brought out Kendrick Lamar to perform their Big Fish Theory collaboration “Yeah Right” for the first-time live, and of course the crowd went absolutely nuts for K. Dot’s surprise appearance. The song “Yeah Right” isn't the first time him & Kendrick Lamar have collaborated on record together either. Just last year, Vince was featured on the song “Opps” from Kendrick’s Black Panther album.
It's safe to assume Kendrick’s surprise appearance is just the first of many more to come at Coachella this weekend. Other performers set to perform include Eminem, Beyonce, Post Malone, Migos & more.
