Singer songwriter Victoria Monét is currently readying her Nightmares & Lullabies project for release later this year, and today she's shared a track from it that features an appearance from prolific hooksmith/rapper Ty Dolla $ign.
With artwork and a chorus that takes the song's title quite literally, "Made In China" finds Monét imagining a love made "in a glass house on the hill." Dolla $ign comes through late in the game with some cheeky one-liners, touching on the high eyes=Chinese eyes trope, and teasing the fact that "China" rhymes with a certain part of the female anatomy. A good time all around.
Quotable Lyrics:
Smokin' weed, now I look like I'm from China
She like it when I put my tongue on her va...
Then I hit her with my one-two
She never tell me what she won't do
