You could be a big criminal and a rapper. You just can't remain both if you're dumb enough to snitch on yourself in your music. Yeah, nowadays people are held more accountable for their lyrics, but making it a generational thing seems kinda farfetched.. Also you can't really demand that people change the content of their art, because that sounds a lot like censorship. If you have a problem with a musician being a criminal (and snitching on themselves), all you can do is stop listening (and try to persuade the masses to do the same I guess)

For now I think Donda has some more standout tracks, but clb is definitely more cohesive and therefore easier to listen to (in a good way). Need to check out clb some more to know for sure, but I'd say clb is the better project

Vocal production ruined this project. It has everything but then they f'd up his vocals, sounds like he recorded em on his phone inside a plastic bag, very hollow. Its a shame because it takes away from the project's potential imo
