Anyone familiar w capital murder can see that short of massive police misconduct, fabricating evidence, lying to grand jury etc. there’s just no action. It’s like this dumb motherfucker thought he had the master plan and didn’t think to run the first 48 over in his head cuz if he had he would’ve killed himself and saved us all some hassle. And I like the guys music, I held out as much as reasonable til I read the evidence filed in indictment and every move he made before and after the shooting was worse than the last.
