1. You didn't include the video in the article 2. The video is obviously a mash-up of Kevin Gates concert audio with some old white person concert, something you should probably mention...

It all depends on how many tracks will be on the album. If CLB did 613,000 with 21 tracks and no physical, I think a ballpark around 400,000-450,000 can be anticipated.

Ain't no way Meek Mill has made Atlantic hundreds of millions. He's got maybe 20 million single certifications and 2-3 million in album sales. Even before the money is split with management, producers, songwriters, other people on the payroll, I doubt it's nine figures of revenue.

For those wondering: The Game's highest-charting song prior to "Eazy" was "My Life" ft. Lil Wayne, which peaked at #21.

1. Kendrick was signed to Aftermath in 2012, not 2013, as GKMC came out in October 2012.
2. Detox was not a 2002 project; work on Detox may have started post-2001, but this was at least five years before J. Cole released a mixtape. It was also never released so to call it a 2002 project is wrong, wrong, wrong.
3. You refer to Kendrick as the "Forbidden Fruit artist" when the main artist is actually J. Cole, the word you're looking for is "collaborator".
Your timelines got me fucked up, this is an interesting story but you can't make two cents of it with this reporting.

"and that it pleases her more when people refer to them as they" HNHH doesn't even see the irony in that sentence...
