I'm going to be real. I didn't start listening to this guy until a couple of yrs ago and I was dissapointed for sleeping on his music. He's a lyrical genius and u can tell he read a lot and a very smart individual. I love that "Put U on Game" "Dumb It Down" "Intruder Alert" "Hip Hop Saved Me" "Superstar" "Go to Sleep" "Words I never said" "Letting it Go" "Beautiful Lasers" "I'm Beamin" "Shining Down" "Emperor's Soundtrack" "Pressure"....

I heard a snippet of the album & its solid if you're a hip hop fiend like me. It definitely have that old school hip hop lyrical feel to it. He's spitting like hell as usual but I think he could have done better with the production. Its not fucking with "Illmatic" "It was Written" "I Am.." "Nastradamous" "Stillmatic" and "God's Son"... It's better than his "Street Disciple" and "Hip Hop is Dead" albums though... Nas and Big KRIT albums have raised the bar for Hip Hop this year lyrically so far.

MMG is on their shit right now. Rick Ross is a business man and u have to respect that he has been putting guys on & doing their thing. The only reason he dropped Pill was because Pill wasn't making singles and buzzing like Wale & Meek Mill. Now this new dude Rockie will have to prove himself or otherwise he will be dropped from MMG but Ross is gonna give him a chance. He probably signed him to a 1 album deal to see how it comes out and if he stay on point I bet that contract get extended

All the fat jokes are not funny. Matter of fact its getting old and lame. Why talk about the man's weight? At least he's getting money. Biggie Smalls was fat so what?!?!?! I'm not a big Ross fan but damn y'all better watch your mouth talking about ppl before u have a deformed kid or something. You could tell kids smh! I'm not hating b/c the guy actually pulled bad ass Elise Neal and many other actresses and Biggie Smalls did the same while y'all still hating talking about the man's weight. Smh

Y'all have got to be young. Those boots are suede croc and they clean as hell. I dress up alomost everyday for work and hell yeah I would wear them. I can almost guarantee you that they cost more than 2 pairs of Jordans combined. Grow up and stop talking so much sh*t on this site. This site is becoming mad boring from haters posting.

This article should be called most popular artists from the 90's because as far relevancy they left out: Busta Rhymes, Twista, 8Ball & MJG, Andre 3K, Z-Ro, E-40, Common, Cee-Lo, Trick Daddy (B.G. would have been in there if he wouldn't have got incarcerated).. The artist I named still make dope music till this present day.

Even though its promotion for Rolex doesn't mean its good promotion. It might just be music to Game and Stat but to the CEO's of Rolex it could be bad for their business. They're multi-billionaire company that doesn't need promotion from rappers like the Game especially. It's no difference when Trick Daddy tried to promote Polo and they said they didn't need that b/c they're established and will sue. That's what will happen to Game if he try that

Here we go again with the fat jokes.. Y'all ni**as so lame smdh.. I'm not a big Rick Ross fan but I agree with the homie, Live Your Life. I don't think he's scared either b/c u better to believe coming from the streets in which in grew up in, I bet he got killers on the pay roll. Get to close to him and I bet u get that a** burnt up. Money talk and Nas said it best, never go to war with an enemy if your money ain't long. Believe That!

Y'all are so dumb and stupid. This world will blow up and become hell on Earth. How can u wish death on a man especially if you don't know him personally? Like Biggie Smallz said, it's no coming back from death." I don't listen to rick Ross but I hate to see anybody die over non-sense. Y'all have got to be the stupidest younger generation I have ever seen. Lord please help us all, because we need it.

Yes Chicago crime is extremely high. It saddens me that majority of the ppl on this site are talking down on his opinion. Yes something should be done about it. You guys need to wake up. Like seriously I have lost so many friends that never lived to see 30 yrs old due to violence. I give speeches, I talk at diversity counsels, I met Jesse Jackson and I'm only 27. It takes unity to defuse something like this. I respect his opinion.

Reading these comments and y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. It's a tragedy how disrespectful our kids have become. No matter what you all say, that line was very disrespectful. It's no different than someone talking about your deceased parent that was beaten or killed by someone or maybe the world trade center victims who lost their lives over non sense. What's worst is that he would be talking about it to millions of people. Have some sense ppl. He owe them an apology.

As far as track for track Wayne, might get em... When it comes to street sh*t, Pitbull ain't no joke... Y'all better google that video when he knocked a ni**a out.

None of u idiots don't know what the hell y'all are talking about. Firstly Lil Boosie only have 5 more years left and that's if he serve all of that since he was incarcerated since 2010 awaiting his trail and they found him not guilty so that time awaiting trial counts. 2nd Louding is a hitman. Dude wacked more than Boyd. He wacked a few others too and y'all talking about let him go WTF.. Louding is a walking time bomb if he hit the streets. Free Boosie!

Did u ppl even listen to that album thoroughly and notice his growth and maturity in his music and he's still saying hot shit. O and he killed Lil Wayne on every feature they have together and killed Royce on "Fast Lane".. GTFOH saying he's not spitting anymore. SMH

I'm reading all these sour comments about Charlamagne, but I wonder how many ppl actually watched the entire interview when Kanye came on the show? All the guy said to Kanye was that he missed that College Dropout & Graduation Kanye. All Kanye could talk about was money, having power, and business with Nike. Charlamagne said that the ppl didn't care about his money we just want the music. Kanye kept responding about having power and money etc..... KANYE IS JUST SENSITIVE AS FU*K

I bought the album and listened to it at least 3 times 2day since I was in the office all day and I like: Gansta, Los Awesome (Pharrel produced the hell out of that), Collard Greens, What They Want (2Chainz came hard on that), Studio (thats the shit u bang with your girl), Prescription-Oxymoron (Fire song), The Purge (fire beat), Hell of a Night, Break the Bank (great lyrics), Man of the Year, Fuck LA (Gotta love his style on that one)... It's definitely worth the buy!

Middle of night, my ni**a wanna skype, I just count money for him, that sh*t just get him hype".. #Huhhhhhh #Ross is fire #Drug Dealer Dreams

Carter II was his best work to me.. Carter I and Carter II was still fire and solid albums.. However I can see this album getting pushed back if the single is not hot or don't take off.. He need a Mannie Fresh production something like that Carter I single "Bring It Back"..... #Fingers Crossed

I'm 29 and I grew up in the era where Tupac and Biggie took over television. I think Pac was a good dude by heart but when a person is surrounded by real G's then soon or later it takes a toll on a good person. The dude been through a lot with his mother being a fiend, incarcerated, father not around, staying with different ppl, getting shot, claimed to rape a woman, seeing poverty, hanging with the wrong crowd, etc.. Y'all see my point... Lets not forget that the dude did shoot a cop..

I don't like the fact that these two black guys are beefing over some bs. The media is hyping this up but once somebody gets killed, then everybody gonna have that sad R.I.P. post bullsh*t. It's like a constant diet of hopelessness that will never fade away in my race. Whites already say we suffer mental inferiority & will kill our own ppl for money inducements smh.. Modern day mental slavery but this time it's perpetrated by other blacks.. #I pray for my race all the time

Lil Wayne "Get Over" off the Carter II is by far his most emotional song ever made by that guy.. You can't pay Wayne to make another song like that. His best work thus far.
