Honestly I feel like albums should be 8-12 tracks for streaming, ~30mins total. Most content needs to digest and when its 17 songs, 60+ mins of music to listen to, a lot of stuff is going to get missed on the back side of the album. You see on Apple music the first 3-6 songs get that little "star" because people get stuck on the first half of the album and never fully discover the B-sides.
