Tory Lanez warned us back in February that he was working on an all-Latin album that would follow up Memories Don't Die. “I’ma make an album that’s all Spanish, all Latin features,” the Toronto singer said, before later revealing the project would feature Ozuna, Prince Royce, Farruko, Nicky Jam, and more. While we've yet to hear a time table for its release, it looks like it might be further along than we think as Tory decides to return to the scene today to share the project’s first single “Pa Mi” featuring reggaeton star Ozuna.
Off the forthcoming El Agua project, “Pa Mi” finds Tory tackling an upbeat, tropical beat from Play Picasso, EZ El Ezeta, & Henry de la Prida as he shows off his bilingual flow. “Lo siento, mamacita, esta noche/Tú eres bonita Esta noche yo te quiero pa' mí (baby)” he sings on the chorus. If you’re not familiar with Spanish, then you may not understand what he’s saying, but it definitely sounds good at the very least.
Take a listen to the new Latin single and let us know what you think. If you wish to see Tory live in person you're in luck, the Toronto crooner is currently on his “Memories Don’t Die Tour,” which you can peep dates for right here if interested.
Quotable Lyrics:
Cuando la vi en el medio del baile
Bailando pa' mi, en el medio del baile
Tú eres la mujer que yo tengo que conocer
Tú eres con la que yo me puedo ver
