Tory Lanez attends day two of the 2018 BET Awards Radio Remotes on June 23, 2018 in Los Angeles, California. Recording artist Lil Wayne attends Neiman Marcus x Young Money Launch at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills on February 16, 2018 in Beverly Hills, California.
Tory Lanez is already claiming 2019 as his year.

Tory Lanez held down 2018 with two new projects, Memories Dont Die and Love Me Now, but it already seems like he's trying to out do himself in 2019. He previously announced that he was going to drop three albums which would've included his Spanish project, El Agua, but it looks like we might have to wait for that. However, he's been teasing a remix to his single, "Talk To Me" with Lil Wayne. Although he hasn't announced a release date for it, he shared a short teaser on Instagram.

Lil Wayne seems to have demolished his verse on Tory Lanez' "Talk To Me" remix. The Canadian rapper took to Instagram to preview a snippet of Weezy's verse on the track.

"ALL MY FANS GOTO @liltunechi PAGE AND ASK HIM WHY HE SKATED ON THE #TalkToMeRemix LIKE THIS," he captioned the video. "HIS 2019 SHIT IS ALREADY MINE. IM TELLING YALL IM JUST GETTING STARTED."

Hopefully, he doesn't mean that we're going to have to wait until 2019 to receive the remix with Lil Wayne on it. Wayne brings a new vibe to the song and brings it to a new height. Wayne clearly hasn't lost his touch when it comes to delivering dope features.

"That is all for me, ain't got no more love to offer me/ Watch your tongue for me, how you talk to me, softly/ You could touch yourself, get off for me/ What you want from me?/ Got the dawgs runnin', heart pumpin' and your scar jumpin'/ You gon' fall for me, you gon' cut a bit and brawl for me," Wayne's heard rapping on the remix.
