T.I. is never shy to voice his opinion. He's undoubtedly one of the most, if not the most, opinionated people in hip hop and much like anyone else, he exercises his freedom of speech on his social media platforms. Unfortunately, sometimes the things you post in the past come back to haunt you in the future, as we've seen so many times. After 2 Chainz wedding this past weekend, Tip congratulated his fellow ATL emcee and his family but some fans were quick to claim that the Trap Muzik rapper condemned marriage in the past.
A few months back, T.I. shared a screenshot of a FOX News opinion piece titled, "Why men won't marry you" which you could only imagine his wife Tiny not being too happy about seeing on her timeline. Fans quickly recalled the rapper posting the screenshot and suggested Tip condemned marriage in the past. Another fan backed up this claim which prompted T.I. to deny ever saying this.
"@smilygirl36 except…no I didn’t,” he commented.
2 Chainz was married this weekend to his long-time girlfriend and the mother of his children, Kesha Ward. In T.I.'s post congratulating Chainz, he wrote, "Congrats to my Patna @2chainz & His Beautiful wife on their union. This beautiful family is just as Royal as any Royal Wedding you stop your life to pay attention to. Salute King on finding your Queen & solidifying your Kingdom."
Whether or not T.I. feels the same way about marriage, it's clear that's happy for his patna.
