On Friday Kaya Jones, who had a brief role in The Pussycat Dolls from 2003 until 2005, tweeted a number of claims that that girl band was actually more of a "prostitution ring" than a performing act, saying she was forced to “sleep with whoever they" said. Read her tweets below.

Kaya ended her series of statements over social media saying she, and the other girls in the group, never told anyone because they were being "abused."
"I personally have been warned if I tell I will ... you know end up dead or no more career," she said.
After Kaya's tweets went viral, the Pussycat Dolls responded with a statement denying the allegations saying the group "has always and will always stand for female empowerment and sisterhood." The statement further notes how they stand by any woman who has been accused and bravely spoken out on the matter, but they will not stand by false words and activities that "simply did not take place."
“To liken our professional roles in The Pussycat Dolls to a prostitution ring not only undermines everything we worked hard to achieve for all those years but also takes the spotlight off the millions of victims who are speaking up and being heard loud and clear around the world," they said. “While we were not aware of Kaya’s experiences that allegedly took place during her short time working with us, before the group signed a recording contract, we can firmly testify that we were not privy to any misconduct taking place around us,” said PSD. “If Kaya experienced something we are unaware of then we fully encourage her to get the help she needs and

The Pussycat Dolls formed in 2003 by Robin Antin and was lead by Nicole Scherzinger. Other prominent members were Melody Thornton, Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta.
