Adam Venit will not be charged for his inappropriate moves on Terry Crews.

Even though Terry Crews agreed to undergo a mental health exam as a way to move forward in his case against WME's Adam Venit, he has now reached an unfortunate roadblock. E! News reports that the Los Angeles City Attorney and Los Angeles County D.A. have rejected Terry's report.

"Given that the suspect did not make contact with the victim's skin when he grabbed the victim's genitals and there is no restraint involved, a felony filing is declined," the D.A. argued in documents. The City Attorney apparently had to reject the case due to the statute of limitations. The incident took place in February of 2016 and the statute is one year.

Terry came forward in October of 2017 when the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault cases were at its peak. "This whole thing with Harvey Weinstein is giving me PTSD. Why? Because this kind of thing happened to ME," he said in a series of tweets. "My wife n I were at a Hollywood function last year n a high level Hollywood executive came over 2 me and groped my privates."

It was revealed that the culprit was Hollywood agent Adam Venit who was put on a leave from work but returned to shortly after.
