Terry Crews is seemingly sick and tired of answering the same old questions about how he handled getting sexually groped by WME agent Adam Venit. The Brooklynn Nine-Nine actor recently testified for the Senate Judiciary Committee and explained how as a Black man, especially, he chose to not get violent with Adam due to the repercussions he would face. “240 lbs. Black Man stomps out Hollywood Honcho” would be the headline the next day," he tweeted.
After having 50 Cent question his choice to not physically respond, Terry has now just sent out a tweet to try and depict what it feels like to have the same question asked over and over. "Why didn’t you say something? I did. Why didn’t you push him off? I did. Why didn’t you cuss him out? I did. Why didn’t you tell the police? I did. Why didn’t you press charges? I did. Why did you just let it happen? I didn’t. Why didn’t you beat him up? (Sigh)."
"The reason I even came forward in the first place was because people were really dogging out all of the women that came forward. This whole toxic masculinity thing is real…I just wanted these women to know that they weren’t alone," Terry said.
