Terry Crews is coming on under fire on social media for a new tweet where he references "black supremacy."
"Defeating White supremacy without White people creates Black supremacy. Equality is the truth," he wrote. "Like it or not, we are all in this together."
The post was immediately met with backlash as users on the site began clowning Crews.
"Black supremacy? We represent 13% of US population, hold no institutional power & gaslight our coworkers. We got 99 problems and your math isn't the only 1," Orlando Jones explained.
"Convinced Terry Crews is a small white man in a large black body like a MIB alien cuz don’t no n***a say shit like this," joked Father.
Crews also came under fire earlier this year for comments he made in response to Gabrielle Union's claims of discrimination on America's Got Talent. "That was never my experience. In fact, it was the most diverse place I have ever been in my 20 years of entertainment," he said, contradicting Union. "When you look at what the allegations were about, it was given by an unnamed source. It's funny because I believe you should listen to women, you should always believe women, so I asked my wife what I should do. She was like, 'first of all, if it's coming from an unnamed source — because Gabrielle Union has not made any statement to this day about any of these allegations publicly … if she hasn't made a statement, why would you?'"
Crews later apologized to Union.
