Tekashi 6ix9ine won't be too happy about this latest development.

When Tekashi 6ix9ine got out of jail, fans were extremely curious as to what he would do next. Some thought that he would bleed into obscurity, never to be heard from again. Of course, this didn't happen and it was naive of us to think this would actually be the case. Instead, 6ix9ine has been all over the news thanks to his incessant trolling and new music.

A couple of weeks ago, 6ix9ine hosted his first IG live session since coming home and it garnered over 2.1 million concurrent viewers which at the time, was an Instagram record. Well, it didn't take long for someone to break it. According to DJ Akademiks, a Turkish reality TV show owner hopped on live with a group of people and was able to get three million viewers.

This is pretty impressive stuff although it begs the question of whether or not these views were legitimate. As North Americans, we don't really have a true sense of the power of stars overseas so this could very well just be an indicator of how popular this reality TV star really is. Regardless, these numbers are very impressive and we're sure 6ix9ine is shadowboxing in his basement at the very thought of his record being broken.

He'll have to do something drastic if he wants to reclaim the crown.
