Yesterday's Summer Jam music festival brought out some big performances from the artists on its line up this year, but according to Tekashi 6ix9ine, it's all for naught unless he's performing as well.
Yesterday, Tekashi posted a video of him and his crew outside the concert venue. In the caption of the post, he rails against Hot 97 for not including him on the Summer Jam lineup, saying he's the hottest rapper in the city and that they're using his music to promote their shows.
"AlLL THESE SOCIAL NETWORKS AND THESE CUMPUTERS ‼️‼️‼️THIS NIGGA WAS RUNNING HOW YOU HAVE A CONCERT WITHOUT THE HOTTEST NIGGA IN THE CITY. THAT SHIT AINT EVEN SOLD OUT HALF STADIUM EMPTY STOP PROMOTING MY MUSIC TO PROMOTE YALL SHOWS. RAP GAME FULL OF DICKRIDING INDUSTRY DICK SUCKIN ASS NIGGAS‼️," Tekashi wrote.
That's not all he did, however. In the video, Tekashi films himself intimidated New York rapper Loccie Shmula, who was in attendance at the show. Tekashi is heard calling out to Loccie, as he tries to get away from the confrontation, before the police tell him to move back.
It's uncertain why Tekashi decided that he needed to run up on Loccie like this, but it seems as maybe he was taking his anger out on him. Loccie responded in his own Instagram video, saying that Tekashi rolled up with 50 goons, and he's not going to fight all of them just to save face.
As for Tekashi's spot at Summer Jam, maybe he should stop picking fights with their hosts if he wants to be on their lineup.
