Rapper Tekashi69, real name Daniel Hernandez and also known as 6ix9ine, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Tekashi 69, arrives for his arraignment on assault charges in County Criminal Court #1 at the Harris County Courthouse on August 22, 2018 in Houston, Texas.
As expected, the Feds are looking into the leaked footage.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's troubles are only multiplying. Last month, shocking footage of Tekashi apparently ordering a hit on Chief Keef's cousin Tadoe was leaked to TMZ. "I'ma just get your address. I know where you at," stated the "Gummo" rapper in the video. "You gonna be in your crib, or Sosa hotel?" After hanging up, Tekashi happily brags to his friends, "Yo, I gotta thirty pack on him right now. Swear to God I gotta thirty pack. Thirty thou cash." Whoever recorded that video put the nail in the coffin for Tekashi. Although he's been a menace on social media for the last year, Tekashi was never caught on camera admitting to having a hand in the shooting until that footage leaked. Now, TMZ reports that the Feds are using that footage as key evidence.

Sources within law enforcement told TMZ that the unsolved case of the New York shooting involving Chief Keef has now been handed to the Feds. They will be using the leaked video to connect the dots and add even more charges to Tekashi's growing list of offenses. Contract killing or conspiracy to commit murder can be rolled into the overall RICO case, and comes with a possible fifteen-year addition to Tekashi's sentence.
