Tekashi 6ix9ine's been one of the most buzzing artists to emerge this year. Much of it has to do with the controversy he's stirred up, but there's an argument to be made about how he's made progress as an artist since "GUMMO." The rapper's been teasing a new project for a minute, but now that his legal matters are settled, it's looking like we'll be getting in the coming weeks.
Tekashi 6ix9ine is gearing up to release his second project of the year. The rapper took to Instagram to announce that he has a new project dropping this month. Mind you, there's literally one more day left in the month, so unless he plans on dropping tonight, we're going to assume that he meant he'll be releasing it in November.
Over the past few months, he's teased numerous tracks that he's yet to release. Shortly after the release of "FEFE," he teased a new banger that features Lil Baby. Yesterday, he shared a snippet of an upcoming single produced by Murda Beatz.
The announcement of the new project comes a few days after he was sentenced in his child sex case. The rainbow-haired rapper dodged prison time after the judged extended his probation for another four years. Additionally, he was ordered to serve 1000 hours of community service and also avoid any sort of gang activity.
