Teairra Mari can't seem to catch a break. She's been getting publicly clowned by 50 Cent over his win in court over the past few weeks and it doesn't seem like he has any intention to stop. Unfortunately, she was just handed another L in court after the judge dismissed her claims against her ex-boyfriend.
According to The Blast, Teairra Mari's case against her ex-boyfriend over claims he leaked her sex tape has been thrown out after she failed to appear in court. The judge and the court said that she “failed to prosecute her case.” The judge made note of the fact that 50 Cent was previously dismissed in the case, but since she didn't show up to court, the judge dismissed Akbar Abdul-Ahad form the battle and closed the case.
Teairra Mari initially sued both 50 Cent and Akbar after accusing them conspiring to leak a sex tape of hers. She claimed that Akbar and Fif had plans to sexually objectify, threaten, intimidate, humiliate and degrade her. She also accused of Akbar of hacking into her Instagram account and posting a sexually explicit photo of her with ejaculation on her face.
Fif did post the picture on his own page, but she claimed that he applied a black and white filter to contrast the color of the semen on her face. She also claimed that he suggested his fans harm her with his "get the strap" hashtag. Fif was ultimately awarded $30,618 after the judge dismissed him from the case.
