Taylor Bennett rose to prominence in 2018, by becoming his own keeper, and rising out of his brother's predominant shadow. Thanks to a dedicated work rate imparted by their elders, Taylor was able to hit the ground running as a first-time parent, in a year where his resolve was put to the test by swaths of immature people on the Internet, uncomfortable with which he expresses himself freely - in and around his musical output.
With that being said, Taylor Bennett has every intention of raising the bar yet again in 2019. His new song "Streaming Services" was released exclusively to SoundCloud. The stand-alone has the appearance of a song that will appeal to a younger due to his foreground approach for a poppier sensibility. Taylor Bennett admitted to ulterior motives in a message he passed to the press. "I created 'Streaming Services' to educate the world on independent artists’ struggles to navigate through an industry created by their own creativity," he writes. "Years later, artists still have little to no understanding of how to distribute and collect funds from our own product."
Quotable Lyrics:
Fifty thousand miles on the dashboard
On the road to heaven, we won't fast forward
I won't ask for it.
