Taxstone is going to jail.

Hip-hop podcaster Taxstone was indicted today (July 13th) for murdering a rapper's bodyguard during a back-and-forth that included firearms at a T.I. concert last year, according to DNA Info.

Born Daryl Campbell, Taxstone was initially charged with second degree murder for the fatal shooting of Ronald McPhatter, 33. That incident occured during a confrontation between Taxstone and Troy Ave, the Crown Heights rapper who had hired McPhatter as a bodyguard in this instance, according to prosecutors.

The charges came more than a year after the brawl inside a VIP room at the venue that left McPhatter dead and Troy Ave wounded. Two bystanders were also hurt in the scuffle. Taxstone had previously plead guilty to gun charges in June.
