Supreme Ace and Rob4Real paired up again for a collaborative EP that dropped today. 3NightsAgo is a slick 6-track effort, with production contributions from Taz Taylor, RicandThadeus and more. Some of the songs live up to the ideas fans might have dreamed up from previous releases while others are completely fresh. Unexpected sonic elements entice the listener throughout the record, like the distorted guitars in the introduction of "Orange Juice" followed by the organic drums of the Cardo production. The collection features other artists as well. Wave Chapelle appears on "All The Time" and Doobie Newton hops on "Two Cents." Their previously released collaboration with Yasi, "Love Letters," was the first taste of the project.
This EP serves as a followup to Supreme Ace's last single "Never Been," which dropped earlier this month. The track is produced by multi-platinum production duo Nard & B. Supreme seems to have his eyes set on a new horizon.
