Last we heard of Steve Harvey and his wife Marjorie were taking their annual "yacht trip" and enjoying every minute of it. Within a relatively short period of time, the tables have turned on Steve Harvey and his longstanding marriage. It's hard to pinpoint what besides the measures Harvey took by transferring the ownership of 4 Texas homes could have possibly sparked a change in his marriage. But the press is nonetheless hot on this theory they've concocted with supposed "real estate records" to back their claims.

With all due respect to Harvey transferring his properties under his own rightful name, an unidentified source speaking with RadarOnline claims the veteran comedian became fixated on the notion of "private equity" when his first marriage went to shambles. “Steve learned a lesson from his drawn-out divorce from [second wife] Mary. It took him years to get their properties into his name," said the unidentified source.
For his part, Harvey stands opposed to the rumors, just as rumors are building up over the imminent cancellation of his NBC talk show. The same report published by RadarOnline goes onto defend Harvey's position within the marriage by claiming that wife Marjorie is currently blowing through his savings at an alarming rate. It would wise to reserve judgment on the matter until Steve or Marjorie issue a statement of their own.
