Akon has issued an apology in response to a series of protests in Sri Lanka inspired by one of his music videos. The Buddhist community in Sri Lanka protested his “Sexy Chick” video with pop singer David Guetta which depicts a pool party scene with girls dancing around a statue of Buddha.
