Life will return to normal soon, or to some variation of it, but while we've all been under quarantine for these last weeks, some people have had a difficult time. Some have been dealing with recovery and addiction issues while under the "Stay Home" ordinances, causing many to battle mental or emotional concerns away from their support systems. Recently, it was reported that Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick had checked himself into a rehabilitation center. Throughout the years, the ex-husband to Kourtney Kardashian and current boyfriend of Sofia Richie has gone to rehab multiple times due to his reported struggles with substance abuse. Following the photo surfacing online showing Disick at the facility, his lawyer says the reality star plans to sue.
TMZ reports that Scott Disick has been staying at the All Points North Lodge rehab center in Colorado. He has allegedly been there for going on a week, and within the last day, reports began to circulate that Disick checked himself in because of his addictions to cocaine and alcohol. However, Marty Singer, Disick's lawyer, told TMZ that the rumors that have been going around aren't true.
"In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas," Singer told the publication.
After seeing the news of his recent rehab stint go viral, Disick has reportedly checked himself out of the facility because the pictures of him were taken inside of the center and violate HIPAA codes. It's believed that a staff member at the All Points North Lodge took the photo when Disick was checking in. The reality star's lawyers are looking into a lawsuit and Disick immediately returned to L.A.
