South Central rapper RJ has been running with his homies YG & DJ Mustard for the past few years, but now they’re making it official. On Thursday, the two West Coast stars announced 4Hunnid Summers, a joint venture between YG's 4 Hunnid and Mustard's 10 Summers labels, and their first artist signed is… RJ.
In addition to the joint venture announcement, RJ will also be readying a new album for later this month called RJMrLA, which will be lead by today’s newly-released single “Brackin,” which pays homage to his home city (see below).
Look for RJMrLA to be released May 26, and the single “Brackin'” to hit iTunes at midnight. (RJMrLA artwork seen in the gallery above).
