Rich The Kid has a lot to be thankful for this year. Not only did he drop his debut album, The World Is Yours, but he's released not one, but two, platinum singles this year: the Kendrick Lamar-featured "New Freezer," and his solo track, "Plug Walk."
To the victors go the spoils and, true to his name, Rich isn't shy about showing off his fortunes. In a video uploaded to his Instagram yesterday, Rich is seen at the car dealership buying a brand new Maybach. Rappers buy cars all the time, sometimes they do it just because they're bored, but Rich is definitely enjoying every single minute of his experience. In the video, Rich is seen holding a big stack of hundreds, running and jumping around his new whip, yelling excitedly and even flinging a sign off the roof of the car.
The dealership staff, seen in the video, don't seem too bothered by the whole thing, especially since they probably just made a nice payday off Rich. Rich signs off by saying, "Plug Walk. And we platinum," and shutting himself inside the back seat of the car.
For a guy who's so excited about his new car, he doesn't seem very eager to drive it. This video, alongside another picture posted afterwards showing Rich sitting in the car both place him in the back seat or passenger seat of the vehicle. It's kind of hard to stunt in a whip if you're not even the one driving it. Check out Rich's new car down below.
