Remy Ma Announces Clothing Line To Support Women Who Have Been Incarcerated

Remy Ma's making moves for her new foundation.

Aside from Remy Ma's hosting duties on REVOLT TV's State of Culture, she's been working on her self-named foundation that aims to empower women who have been negatively impacted by incarceration and the reentry process. Her latest efforts see the "Wake Me Up" rapper teaming with Vim Vixen for a Remy Ma clothing collection where a portion of the proceeds will go towards the women in need.

"When I got out of prison, I wanted to do something to support women just like me...women who have done their time and paid their debt to society. Nonetheless, these women are stillover-looked and forgotten after being released from jail or prison," Remy wrote, adding: "I am so very proud of this moment! Launching both a clothing line and foundation are two things I have been very passionate about [...]"
