Back in October, Marion "Pooch" Hall was arrested after the actor was driving drunk, allowing his two-year-old son to sit on his lap and steer the wheel, eventually crashing into a parked car. When police arrived at the scene, after getting calls of a child driving a vehicle, Marion's BAC was at .25, three times over the legal limit.
TMZ now reports that Marion has struck a plea deal and will not be doing jail time for the irresponsible act. The Ray Donovan actor entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor DUI and to child endangerment. He will be on a three-year probation and will have to complete a three-month alcohol program.
After Marion was arrested, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services opened an investigation surrounding the case and interviewed Marion's family and friends to see if such child endangerment happened before. This instance was seemingly an isolated incident which may be why Marion is not serving jail time.
