R. Kelly is facing no repercussions in the NY assault case.

Faith Rodgers sued R. Kelly last May accusing the singer of initiating unwanted sexual contact, abuse and giving her herpes. Faith (who is now 20-years-old) said the abuse took place when she was just 19. In a previous tell-all interview, Faith detailed the time R. Kelly told her she looked 14-year-old.

"He asked me how old I was. And I told him… And he's like, 'You know, if you're really, you know, 16, that you can tell daddy, right?' ... And he was like, 'You know, you just look about 14, 15, or 16.'"

Faith also detailed how R. Kelly would allegedly lock her up for not trying certain sexual acts and would film her nonconsensually. New reports from TMZ say the "Same Girl" singer will not be facing charges in the case due to the lack of video and photo evidence from the Long Island hotel where the abuse allegedly took place.

Investigators found the allegations to be "unprosecutable due to a lack of criminality." The publication details how Faith's civil case against R. Kelly is still active.

Just yesterday we posted about another case against R. Kelly since his former girlfriend, Halle Calhoun, alleged the singer once threw her against a wall in a fit of jealous rage - check out the details here
