As a former quarterback, Quavo knows how tough it is to adjust to a new QB, which is why he's predicting the Atlanta Falcons will defeat the Carson Wentz-less Philadelphia Eagles in Saturday's playoff game. "They gon' take it home," the rapper said of his home team, the Falcons, in an interview with TMZ. "The Eagles, they ain't got it right now. They lost their main guy."
Subbing in for Wentz is Nick Foles. While the team has had to go through some adjustments to work with Foles, Coach Doug Pederson has expressed confidence in the new starter embracing his position. Quavo, however, is not as charitable about the Eagles QB. "Foles, he used to have it, man," he said. "My boy Foles, we ready to take him out."
The Migos rapper has a pretty specific outcome in mind. "I can give you a score of 24-10," he said.
Quavo has been pretty involved in college football over the last few weeks. He celebrated with the Georgia Bulldogs following their Rose Bowl victory on New Year's Day, but unfortunately saw his team lose to Alabama in the National Championship Game. According to a report from TMZ, the rapper had some money riding on that game with Drake. Check out a clip of Drake asking for his "chips" from Quavo at the end of the game below.
As far as music is concerned, Quavo recently confirmed that Migos' third studio album Culture II is in the mixing process. It is without a release date, but was previously said to be dropping in January. He released his joint album with Travis Scott, Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho, in December.
