The way things are currently going, Quavo looks ready to become the Beyoncé of his trio. If we look at the Atlanta group in correlation to Destiny's Child, Offset as Kelly Rowland and Takeoff as Michelle Williams close out the trio. While both Quavo and Offset have been given their chances to shine, Takeoff is continually underlooked while potentially being the most skilled member of the three. Quavo was the first to reach commercial success as a solo artist and it's only right that he tries to strike gold again with the announcement of his upcoming album Quavo Huncho.
With the ATLiens currently on tour with Drake, Quavo dropped three singles last month to mixed reviews. We know that he's capable of dropping some absolute fire but he'll need to step out of his comfort zone in order to make the new album as big as he wishes. Sharing the possible album art on his Instagram, this is the first official announcement that Quavo Huncho will drop this month. Without a date mentioned, it will likely see the light of day later in September as information continues to be revealed. One guest already rumored for the project is Rich The Kid, who commented that he has a feature spot on it.
Hopefully, Huncho comes through with this one and we can see solo efforts from the remaining members of the group before their next team approach. Are you hyped for this one?
