Pusha T doesn't seem to have any bad blood towards Drake following their back-and-forth. In fact, he's actually interested in hearing Drizzy's latest opus, Scorpion.
Pusha T recently sat down with the Guardian to discuss his latest album, Kanye West and of course, Drake. In terms of his feud with Drake, everything is done at this point and he believes that their back-and-forth was an incredible moment for hip hop.
“He said what he said, I said what I said, now it’s done. It stayed how it was supposed to stay, just words,” Pusha T said. “It was definitely good for hip-hop. What has been more energetic than this?”
Pusha T's view on the feud likely differs from Drake. Pusha T ultimately exposed Drake on "hiding a child" on his diss track which was later confirmed on Scorpion. When he was asked whether he'd listen to Drizzy's latest project, Push responded: "Hell yeah! I gotta have something to compare Daytona to, don’t I?"
In addition to speaking on his beef with Drake, Pusha T also detailed his conversation with Kanye West after his infamous TMZ Live appearance.
“Well, when he did TMZ, I flew to Wyoming the next day [to confront him]." He said, "We spoke about insensitivity. The actual messaging. Where I felt he went wrong. You can’t even paraphrase about situations and issues that are so personal to people. When it comes to death and real-life people and persecution and things where families have been divided, you have to be more careful.”
Pusha T also revealed that he's already getting ready to put in work on his next album and 'Ye's been pressing him about it as well.
