Over a week ago 21-year-old Lil Peep passed away before he was set to hit the stage and perform to his fans.
A lot of big names have sent condolences to the family of Peep and shared how much of an impact he's had despite his short time on Earth. One of his fellow friends, Post Malone, has gone ahead and tattooed Peep on his arm as a way to remember the "U Said" rapper/singer forever.
In the clip below, you can see Post set up in a shop while the tattoo artist is filming his progress on Post's left arm. The video also shows some moments of Peep and Post hanging out.
“I f*cking love that kid, it sucks ass… he was the f*cking shit," Post said in an interview with H3 Podcast. "I only knew him for a little bit. But more than [the] genuine good real true person that he was, his music was going to change the culture of everything. Already shifting culture in such a short period of time. He’s an incredible, talented dude and good guy."
As many may know, the reason for Peep's sudden death was due to a suspected overdose of Xanax. As we recently posted, police are now investigating the possibility of the pills being laced with fentanyl - a substance so dangerous that the smallest amount could be fatal for any healthy adult.
"We heard there was some sort of substance he did not expect to be involved in the substance he was taking,” Lil Peep's brother, Oskar, said an interview. “He thought he could take what he did, but he had been given something and he didn’t realize what it was. It was an accident, it really was an accident. He was super happy with where he was in life."
