Post Malone has experienced so much success in the last few years that's it's difficult to fathom what he might accomplish in 2019. The artist closed out last year by releasing "Wow" and he's looking set for another impressive campaign in the coming months. Of course, he's still pulling in major numbers from his 2016 album Stoney, which featured the hit single "Congratulations." Stoney has remained on the charts for years with a few different driving forces to keep it a stable entry on Billboard's 200 list. "Congratulations" has just achieved a stellar accomplishment, which has been confirmed by Quavo, in the form of Diamond certification.
These days, it's becoming extremely rare to hear of a song going Diamond. Only the biggest hits have a chance to hit that level in sales in the streaming era. Unless your name is Drake, you've got to work twice as hard as anybody else to craft the catchiest melodies that will get people playing your song over and over. Post and Quavo have officially entered the Diamond club with "Congratulations" as the Migos member confirmed that the track has gone 10x Platinum.
Malone has previously teased a new project that may arrive this year. However, if he decides not to drop, he'll likely still be making millions of dollars from his last two efforts combined. Congrats to Quavo and Post!
