Ash Ketchum is back.

Pokemon may be the most popular anime series in the world. Dragon Ball Super is more my speed, but who can hate on Pikachu and his crew of lovable creatures. The popular anime pocket monsters are back for another animated movie, and it looks like Ash Ketchum will be leading the way. Pokémon The Movie: Everyone’s Story is set to debut in Japan this year, but of course, there will be some kind of English reproduction or subtitle that will make its way across the Pacific. The synopsis for the trailer reveals that the legendary Pokémon Lugia will play a vital role in the plot, and the Pokemon will appear at something called "The Wind Festival." The synopsis reads:

"In a town where people live with the wind, the legendary Pokémon Lugia appears on the final day of an event that is held once a year known as the Wind Festival, and people enjoy the wind’s grace just like a promise received long ago.”

Although that seems vague, it's obvious that Pokemon battles and Lugia's appearance will go hand in hand. The film will debut in July, and will feature a new legendary Pokemon called Zeraora. Check out the trailer for Pokémon The Movie: Everyone’s Story below.
